Botanically speaking, garlic is considered a vegetable plant. It is an onion family route based plant. This plat has a bulb, comprises of 10-25 cloves, tall stem and has long leaves and has a potential flavor.


There is an evidence that from the ancient period of times, people used garlic due to its potential flavor and getting too many health benefits. Now the people generally use this ingredient at home to increase the taste for sauces, pasta and for baking vegetables.

It can enhance Skin Rashes : We can feel skin irritation and rashes by using excess garlic as it contains an enzyme called alliinase, which usually causes skin rashes. While we cut garlic we should to  wear hand gloves as the same enzyme present in it and which can cause rashes and itchiness.                                                                             

Headache : If we take raw garlic, we can face headache. It doesn't cause headache on the spot but can trigger the process. Many study shows that consuming raw garlic might stimulate the trigeminal nerve to release neuropeptides that goes to the membrane covering of the brain and triggers headache. 

Could Aggravate Vaginal Infection : It is very important for the women that they should take care for their vaginal health and to avoid vaginal infection by eating garlic as it can aggravate the yeast infection by irritating the tender tissues of the vagina.

May Cause Vomiting And Heartburn : After consuming excess amount of raw garlic people may feel vomiting and also heartburn.  So it is advised to have to consume garlic within the limitation.
